Rugby club

Corpus have a joint rugby team with Somerville College and compete every Saturday during term time against other college teams in the university. The side has been very successful in recent years. The team currently plays in the top college league and recent won the plate in Cuppers (an intercollegiate knock-out competition). Despite this, the club is open to players of all abilities and encourages all those that wish to stay fit and healthy whilst making friends with a great group of lads.

Corpus and Somerville also have an ad hoc joint touch rugby team. Touch rugby is a mixed sport that is open to all levels of ability. It is all the fun of rugby without the contact! The team compete in cuppers every year and were runners up last year. Touch is a really nice way to meet some new people and get fit in the process.

Anyone that is interested in either rugby or touch should contact the captain of both teams, Theo Coney
