| Additional notes | The 4 rooms are split into 2 flats, one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st. However, the doors that separate the flats can be left open. The ground floor kitchen is a little larger than the upstairs one, and has a small freezer as well as a microwave, both of which the top flat lacks (although there is a freezer box inside the fridge). On the ground floor there is exclusive access to a small garden. Furniture in the house is not uniform. Excellent access to the University Sport Centre. |
