JCR Annual Report 2011
Dear JCR,
Please find attached the Annual Report of Corpus’ JCR for 2011. We have lots of big achievements this year, and that is down to the incredible group of people we have had working for us on JCR Committee. Whether it’s the Living Wage, Access, Rent, Entz, Academic Procedures or external campaigns we have lots to be proud of this year.
This will be my last email as JCR President. I’d like to thank you all for giving me the opportunity to represent such an amazing group of people. I think it’s pretty obvious that I’ve enjoyed the role immensely. On occasion, I think we are all guilty of taking the community that we have here for granted. As JCR President, it is easy to get wrapped up in small problems and neglect the big picture. That big picture is that we are enjoying one of the best higher education experiences in the world. To be part of trying to make that experience better has been an unbelievable privilege. Thank you so much.
Good luck to Kezia and the whole team for next year. You will be great.
